Materials:
Size 7 needles
scraps of worsted weight yarn
Cast on 30 sts.
Row 1 - 10: Knit across each row.(garter st)
Row 11: Bind off 7 sts in knit. Knit to end of row.
Row 12: Bind off 7 sts in knit. Knit to end of row.
Row 13: K1, YO, K2 tog, Repeat across ending with K 1 in last st.
Row 14 - 21: Knit across to end of row.
Row 22: Bind off loosely in knit.
Fold in half and whip stitch the seams together. You can add a ribbon for tie or chain
50 with an F hook and weave in through the eyelet holes of row13 for ties.
Alternate top:
Row 14 - 21: Work rows in K1, P1 ribbing.
Row 22: Bind off in ribbing.
