Knitted Cabled Boot Cuffs

I used a little under one skein of Vanna's Choice in Silver Heather with size 9 needles.
Co 58 sts longtail method. To change the width of these, it is a multiple of 4 +6, but not a multiple of 8. For example, you can use 52 and then add 6, which is what I did.
C4b: sl 2 sts onto cn, hold to back, k2 sts, k2 sts from cn
Row 1: (ws) k3, (p4, k4) to last 7 sts, p4, k3
Row 2: (rs) p3, (k4, p4) to last 7 sts, k4, p3
Row 3: rep row 1
Row 4: p3, (c4b, p4) to last 7 sts, c4b, p3
Rep rows 1-4 until you have the desired height. After a row 3, bo loosely. Seam the ends together. Make the second one, and then weave in all ends.
My finished boot cuffs are 6" tall and 13" around.
