INSTRUCTIONS: Starting at the sole....

Using Long tail cast-on, cast on 23 stitches.

Row 1: K1, yo, k10, yo, k1, yo, k10, yo, k1. [27 sts.]

Rows 2, 4, 6: Knit (knit the yo's through the back of the stitch)

Row 3: K2, yo, k10, yo, k3, yo, k10, yo, k2. [31 sts.]

Row 5: K3, yo, k10, yo, k5, yo, k10, yo, k3. [35 sts.]

Row 7: (RS) Knit

Row 8: (WS) Purl

Row 9: (RS) Knit

Row 10: (WS) Purl

Row 11: (RS) Knit

Row 12: (WS) Purl

Row 13: (RS) K19, sl 1, k2tog, PSSO, turn.

Row 14: (WS) sl 1, p5, p3tog, turn.

Row 15: (RS) sl 1, k5, sl 1, k1, PSSO, turn.

Row 16: (WS) sl 1, p5, p2tog, turn.

Row 17: (RS) sl 1, k5, sl 1, k1, PSSO, turn.

Row 18: (WS) sl 1, p5, p2tog, turn.

Row 19: (RS) sl 1, k5, sl 1, k1, PSSO, turn.

Row 20: (WS) sl 1, p5, p2tog, turn.

Row 21: (RS) sl 1, k5, sl 1, k1, PSSO, knit to last 4 sts, k2togtbl, k2.

Row 22: (WS) P14, p2tog, purl to last 4 sts, p2tog, p2.

Row 23: (RS) [P1, k1] 4x, p2tog, k1, *p1, k1, rep fom * to end. 20 sts.

Begin Crocodile stitch for cuff.

Row 24: (WS) sl 1 wyib, then bring yarn to front, *sl 1, yon, p1, repeat from * to last st, k1.

Row 25: (RS) sl 1 wyib, then bring yarn to front, *p1, sl 2, yon, repeat from * to last st, k1.

Row 26: (WS) sl 1 wyib, *k3tog, p1, repeat from * to last st, k1.

Row 27: (RS) sl 1, wyib, *k1, p1, repeat from * to last st, k1.

Row 28-31: repeat rows 24-27 once more.

Row 32: (WS) Bind off in p1, k1. Cut yarn and leave 12” tail for seaming.

Sew Seam.
