Bind Off

Fasten Off leaving 5” tail

Wet blocking serves the garter version best.

OPTIONAL ACCENT:
Using the 5” tail, weave in and out across the width of the cowl following the stitch pattern then pull tight like a drawstring.
This will create a cinch for a fun accent.
Fasten and secure the end and fasten off.

Weave in all ends.
