You need:
- straight needles 3 mm
(UK 11/US 2½)
- worsted (DK) or acrylic yarn in grey
- tapestry needle
Pattern:
Gauge: 18 sts, 24 rows=4 inches
CO 13 sts, using grey yarn.
Row 1: (k1, p1) to the end of the row)
Work in seed stitch, till measures about 3 inches from CO edge. Bind off.
Loop:
CO 5 sts, using grey yarn.
Row 1: (k1, p1) to the end of the row.
Work in seed stitch, till measures about 2 inches from the CO edge, then bind off.
Headband:
Make two.
Using crochet hook, make a chain long about 20 inches.
Make up:
Wrap the loop in the middle of the bow, sew it in place. Sew the ends of the headbands to the bow.
